Elevate your mental game
For leaders and athletes who want more than performance — this is where physical discipline meets mental alignment.
Through guided conversation, reflective work, and actionable mindset tools, athletes learn how to manage pressure, build confidence, and create clarity in chaos. Whether one-on-one or in team settings, the goal is simple: to develop a sharper, stronger, more grounded version of yourself — on and off the field.
Leadership. Resilience. Awareness. Growth. These are wins that shape your life.
My Story
I started in Mount Prospect, Illinois, where I grew up playing multiple sports and learning early that being “good” was not enough — I wanted to be next-level. In high school at Arlington Heights-Hersey, I lettered in football and baseball, earned academic honors, and always valued sports, family, and friends.
From there, I went to Carthage College, where I grew into myself, and found my confidence in my ability, excelling early as a Freshman and Sophomore. At that point, I stacked my chips on myself, and transferred to University of Illinois. At Illinois I played wide receiver (6’4”, 220 lbs) and learned firsthand what it means to be in the game at Division I level — the long hours, the precision of detail, the relentless expectation. I started becoming obsessed with the process behind success in performance.
But that was just the beginning. After college, I competed professionally — with the Colorado Crush, Washington Valor, Tucson Sugar Skulls and Arizona Rattlers in the Indoor Football League (IFL), and the Montreal Alouettes, and B.C. Lions of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Then came a pivot: I accepted a challenge I didn’t initially expect. I began training with the U.S.A. Bobsled team — switching from football speed and movement to sliding on ice, developing power in ways I’d never tried before. And I made the team, at my first trials (yes, I trained for the USA Olympic bobsled program, and competed internationally too).

The Challenges & Pivot Points
-
Transitioning from college to pro football meant navigating uncertainty, injuries, and the constant grind of proving myself.
-
Taking on bobsled training required humility: learning new mechanics, accepting I was a beginner again, and adapting mindset and body.
-
Each move required re-defining identity: athlete → trainer → mentor.
-
The travel, the team changes, the different leagues taught me resilience, adaptability, and leadership under pressure.
Influences & Key Figures
Throughout the journey, coaches, teammates, mentors and family shaped me. From my high school coaches to position coaches at Illinois, to my friends grinding in the NFL — each helped refine my mindset. In bobsled training I was surrounded by some of the best coaches in the world and athletes that challenged me to move faster, think smarter. All of it reinforced the core belief: skill is temporary, process is forever.
Why I Coach Now
Now I channel everything I’ve learned into helping others. My coaching isn’t just about drills and speed — it’s about building movement, awareness, and confidence. I draw from a full spectrum: Division I football, pro football, high-level athletic transition, mindset work and leadership.
When you train with me, you’re not just getting a movement coach; you’re gaining someone who’s walked multiple paths, seen multiple levels — and has the humility and insight to guide you through your own transformation.
My mission:
To empower athletes and individuals to step into higher versions of themselves — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Because the results you chase on the field often reflect the beliefs you hold off the field.
